How it works
Six weeks. Six stages. One person.
Most website projects run long because nobody agreed who supplies what, by when. That gets settled at the start.
The process
From first question to launch.
Fit check and Website Gap Review
Discovery and content requirements
Structure and copy
Design and build
Two consolidated review rounds
Launch, measurement and handover
Your part
What you supply, and when.
This is the only part of the project that can genuinely delay it, which is why it has dates attached.
Services, prices, coverage area, accreditations, and anything a customer asks before calling.
Real work or real rooms. Not in the £1,950 scope. I’ll tell you exactly what the site needs and what each image has to show.
Reviews, accreditations, project or room details. Whatever evidence already exists.
All of the above is due within three weeks of kickoff.
If content still hasn’t arrived, the project pauses and returns to the queue. The scheduled payment date still applies.
That pause rule sounds harsh written down. It exists because a project stuck waiting on content blocks the slot for everyone behind it, and because in practice, a deadline is what gets the photographs taken.
