One page, done properly.
Everything a customer needs to decide, on a single page: what you do, your proof, the area you cover and how to reach you. £495, because you supply finished words and photographs before the build starts.
If you have one message.
One service, one area, one message — and no need to explain more than that
You have the words and the photographs already, finished and ready to hand over
You need to look credible and be easy to contact, not to be found for a range of services
When this is the wrong choice.
You have more than one thing to explain
Six services on one page is a worse experience than three clear pages, and the reader leaves.
You want to be found for several different searches
A single page is a single topic. It can’t be structured to answer six different questions, and no amount of build quality changes that. If being found for a range of services matters, this is the wrong size.
Your copy and photographs aren’t ready
Then this isn’t a smaller project, it’s a later one. And if writing it is the part you’d rather not do, that’s the Business Website, where I write it for you.
You’re replacing a site that already brings in enquiries or bookings
Fewer pages than you have now, with no redirects, is a step backwards. That needs the discovery and the competitor review.
You want to add or change things yourself
There’s no CMS. Changes come through Essential Care, by asking me rather than by logging in.
What you supply.
Words you have written
Rough is fine. Bullet points, a voice note typed up, an old brochure — I need the facts and your way of saying them, not finished paragraphs. I structure it, edit it and lay it out. Not writing it from scratch is most of the difference between £495 and £1,995.
Photographs you own
Supplied, and owned or licensed by you. No stock sourcing and no shoot. I’ll tell you exactly what the page needs and what each image has to show, and getting them is the one job that’s yours.
One date, agreed when you book
We set your content date in the same conversation as the deposit. Everything arrives in one go and I build the week it lands — that’s what keeps it to a week, and to £495. If a single date is hard to meet, the Starter gives you longer and more help with the words.
Three projects, and how I work.
Pause & Bloom Yoga
Built from nothing for a new yoga teacher in Skipton. As at August 2026 it ranks first on Google for yin yoga Skipton, slow flow yoga Skipton and private yoga classes in Skipton, measured in Google Search Console.
Alley Cats Ripon
A rescue that ran entirely on social media, now a site the volunteers run themselves.
Trail Running Planet
My own platform: 188 mapped routes across 29 UK regions, structured rather than sitting in flat pages.
A one-page site is a smaller job than any of these. It is not a worse-made one.
What £495 covers.
A scoping call: who you want to reach, and the one action you want them to take
One page, with in-page sections and anchor navigation: opening, what you do, proof, the area you cover and contact
Plus privacy and cookie pages, which do not count as a page
Your supplied copy structured, edited and laid out; you verify all facts, prices and claims
Your supplied photographs placed, cropped and optimised
An enquiry form, click-to-call, and a link to your existing booking system where you have one
Local-search foundations, page titles, schema and a Google Business Profile check
Content written as readable text and marked up to current standards, so search engines and AI assistants can find and understand what you do
GA4, Search Console, a UK cookie banner and enquiry or booking tracking
One consolidated revision round
Launch QA, domain connection and 30 days’ support
Nothing about the build itself is cut. The same page layouts, the same mobile-first standards, the same accessibility and metadata work and the same consent-before-analytics setup as the £1,995 build. A smaller site is not a worse-made one.
Payment, in two stages.
£247.50 on acceptance, which reserves your slot in the schedule.
50% on completion
After final checks, but before publication or project transfer.
Timescale
About a week once your content is with me.
The price
£495 is a final price.
What isn’t in the £495.
Copywriting from scratch; photography or image sourcing; any second page; a CMS; commercial discovery and the local competitor review; redirects and migration from an existing multi-page site; a second revision round; the 90-day review; ecommerce, which is a separate Shopify build; branding; booking-engine procurement, setup or migration; ongoing SEO. Anything outside this page is quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.
Redirects are the one to watch. If you’re replacing an existing multi-page site, its old addresses need redirecting or you lose whatever search visibility you had. That work doesn’t fit £495 — and a site worth migrating isn’t a One Page job. I’d quote you the Starter.
You own it.
Exactly as on the Business Website, and the price makes no difference to it. You own the domain, the approved copy, your supplied images and the finished website. The domain always sits in your own registrar account. I never hold it.
While a care plan is active the project is managed in my workspace. It transfers to you within ten working days of a request, once outstanding invoices are paid. Without a care plan it transfers at launch.
Essential Care

Optional. Three-month minimum from launch, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. The lighter of the two plans: it keeps the site up, current and working.

Questions people actually ask.
What exactly do I need to have ready?
A complete draft of the words, plus your photographs, handed over in one go before the build starts. I structure, edit and tighten what you send. Writing it from scratch is not included at this price — that is the Starter or the Business Website.
Why can I not just have two or three pages?
Then this is not the right build. The Starter is five pages at £995 and includes a revision round and a scoping call. Padding a one-page site out is how it ends up costing more than the Starter and doing less.
Will one page be found on Google?
A single page can be found well for one thing. If you want to be found for a range of services, the Starter is the honest answer and I will say so rather than sell you this.
Can I add pages later?
Yes, but it is a new project rather than an add-on, and it is quoted before it starts. Rebuilding a one-page site into a multi-page one is not cheaper than having built the larger one first.
Is it built to a lower standard?
No. Same build system, same mobile-first testing, same consent-before-analytics setup as every other build. A smaller site is not a worse-made one — the difference is scope and who writes the words.
Want this scoped against your site?
Send me your website and I’ll come back with five practical observations before either of us talks about a project. Mention the One Page and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s the right size for what you need.
