If you do, or you can write them, the Starter builds five pages around them for £995. If you would rather they were written for you, that is the Business Website — and the writing is the largest part of what it costs.
How many things do you do?
One service and one message fits the One Page at £495. Several services, several areas, or a list you want to keep adding to needs the Business Website.
Do people buy from you, or contact you?
If they buy, you need a checkout, and that is the Online Shop on Shopify from £2,995. If they get in touch first, any of the other three will do it.

Selling products is a different build on a different platform, so it is priced differently too: from £2,995, fixed in writing once we’ve agreed what you’re selling.

The Business Website: £1,995.
Up to ten core pages, plus privacy and cookie pages. Planned, written, built and measured by me from a commercial discovery session, with a CMS collection you update yourself.
I write it
From a commercial discovery session and a review of three relevant local competitors. That is the single largest part of what you’re paying for, and the reason the other two cost less.
One CMS collection
Projects, case studies or a similar list you keep updated — up to four entries at launch, and you add the rest yourself without asking me.
Two revision rounds
Plus launch QA, 30 days’ support and a 90-day review of what the site is producing.

You supply the copy
You write what your business does, in your own words. On the Business Website I write it from a discovery session — that’s the single largest part of the difference in price.
No CMS collection
Your services and other pages are fixed, edited by asking me rather than by logging in.
One revision round
Against the Business Website’s two, with a 45-minute scoping call in place of full commercial discovery.

The One Page: £495.
A single page carrying what you do, your proof, the area you cover and how to reach you. For a business with one thing to say that needs to look credible and be easy to contact. About a week once your content is with me.
You supply the words and pictures
Your words and your photographs, delivered in one go before the build starts. Rough writing is fine — I structure and edit it. Not writing it from scratch is what keeps this at £495.
One page, one subject
A single page can be found well for one thing. If you want to be found for a range of services, the Starter is the honest answer and I’ll say so.

The Online Shop: from £2,995.
A shop built on Shopify, not Framer — because selling online is a different job from being found and contacted. This is the only build with a starting price rather than a final one: the scope and the price are fixed in writing before any work starts.
Shopify costs you separately
Around £19 a month plus card fees, paid to Shopify rather than to me. The full figures are on the page, including which plan you should be on and when that changes.
Product photography and descriptions are yours
A shop is judged on its pictures. I’ll tell you what each one has to show, but taking them is your job — and loading the catalogue is quoted separately if you’d rather I did it.
