Starting point
The rescue ran entirely on social media. Cats needing homes, fundraising and events all shared one feed, where a post is gone in a day and nothing can be found again afterwards.
What I did
I built a site the volunteers run themselves. Cats, Happy Tails and events are collections the team add to and retire without coming back to me, and every route a supporter might take — adopt, foster, volunteer, donate, the wishlist — has a page of its own instead of a link in a bio.
What happened next
The rescue now has an adoption and fundraising platform of its own, built so someone can find a cat, a way to help, or a way to give without scrolling back through a feed.
